High up, discover the Corderie cottage, for 5 people, spread over 3 levels, located in Cleyzieu, a small Bugey village with traditional architecture. It offers views of the surrounding mountains and allows you to discover nature in all its splendor. Perfect for those looking to recharge their batteries. The surrounding area offers natural, cultural, and historical attractions worth a visit. The Château des Allymes, perched on the Bugey mountains, overlooks the Ain plain, or the medieval town of Pérouges. Are you more of a music lover? Then head to Ambronay and its Baroque music festival. And why not be lulled by the birds' dance during a show at the Villars-les-Dombes bird park? Nearby, the Albarine Valley and its river offer outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, or canyoning. The Col de Fay is a perfect spot for hiking and cycling. A cycle path can take you from Torcieu to Ambérieu, and the greenway leads to the Via Rhôna. What about admiring this cottage? Below the alley, you'll see nothing but it. An exposed stone facade with a small, well-appointed terrace at the front (living room and deck chairs). In this beautiful setting, you'll feel right at home during your stay. On the ground floor: A fully equipped and functional kitchen with a wood-burning stove. A warm atmosphere guaranteed. On the first floor: a living room (140x190 sofa bed), bathroom with integrated toilet. On the second floor: a mezzanine bedroom for 3 people (one 140x190 bed and one 100x190 bed). In the basement: a cellar with a sink and washing machine. A foosball table for spending quality time with family or friends. Travel light: beds are made upon arrival, linens and towels are included. Utilities are included. Wood heating (free) and electricity. House adjoins a second home. A private but detached parking space is available. Access to the cottage can be difficult for trucks. Gîte for 5 people less than 15km from Ambérieu-en-Bugey. Typically Bugiste house with added charm.
