Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer, the wellness area is open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from 20 June 2026 and until 30 August 2026, every day except Saturday (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).For the winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 3 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Thursday outside school holidays (forecast dates, unless otherwise closed).Key points: - Heart of life of the station- Close to shops and services- Direct access to the snow front and runways- Heated outdoor pool, fitness room and saunas



Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.In the heart of the 1800 Orres, the Agence des Orres offers this accommodation with a beautiful area of 51 m2 that can comfortably accommodate 8 people, for a stay "skis aux pieds". From the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux, you can enjoy all the amenities of the shopping square (restaurants, superette, bakery, souvenir shops, press, laundry, etc...) and you can slip your skis from the exit of the ski locker to reach the slopes directly and go to discover the beautiful ski area of Les Orres. With its mountain decoration, this apartment has a pleasant living room with an open kitchen and fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, raclette machine, waffle,...The south-east facing balcony with a garden furniture offers a nice view of the ski slopes; promise of sunny breakfasts while observing the surrounding mountains.On the night side, you will have three bedrooms: the first with a double bed 140 x 190 and the other two with two single beds 90 x 190 cm (which can be joined together to make a double bed). The sofa bed in the living room allows for a double bed. Each attic room has a wardrobe and a velux. A bathroom with bath and separate toilet complete the whole. Guests can also enjoy unlimited access to the residence's magnificent heated outdoor pool, fitness room and saunas (open space during the seasons, in summer and winter).
