Adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath Acadian cottage nestled underneath an incredible historic oak tree. Located at the rear of a beachfront home with private parking and a fenced in yard. The home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable (see reviews). Enjoy your coffee or cocktail sitting on the front porch with wonderful views of the bay. Ideal for walking/cycling to the beach and/or to Old Town, Churches and the Depot area. Pets subject to approval.

This was our third consecutive vacation here and it will not be our last! Alex is a wonderful host and the house and location are so comfortable and convenient. The beach is steps away and restaurants are a short walk. Our dog loved the yard and we loved the porch. Absolutely perfect.

The location was perfect for our restful and peace-filled weekend. The house feels like a"home". BSL is ideal for a low-key getaway. The yard worked wonderfully for our pet; he napped on the porch and chased squirrels in the yard and trees. The morning sunrises were beautiful from the front porch and beachside.

We came for the swim across the bay. Precious property. House is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host was responsive and kind. Great for visiting the beach and close walk to downtown for shopping and dinner. FencedIn for pets. Check-in was smooth and easy.

Beautiful property in an amazing location just steps to the beach. Also walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants! Great amenities including AC that works well, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, comfy living room full of books and games, and beautiful front porch perfect for sitting.

Absolutely loved staying in this cottage! The location is super close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants/ shopping! Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy Cottage

Very quant cottage, nice furnishings, comfortable beds Stocked kitchen, but we didn’t really use it as there were so many places to eat only blocks away. Access to the beach right across the street!!!! We were there on Sunday, 2 Catholic Churches close by, which we attended. Yes, I would book this cottage again

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect! Morning coffee on the front porch was a great way to start each day! Alex, our host, was very kind and provided great instructions for the home, as well as suggestions for our stay. We cant wait to come back again!

Great home!

We loved so much about the space! Beautifully decorated, updated, clean. The front porch was very dirty from the oak tree that blew lots of debris onto the furniture so we had to clean that before we could sit out there, but not a big deal also they're building a house to the left now which obstruct a bit of the view so they need to change their pictures. It was a very relaxing stay with an excellent real estate as far as walking to the beach for access. Would definitely stay there again!
