Welcome to the La Dune residence,

Your air-conditioned Villa in Valras of 45 m² for 6 people, consists of:

- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 pers, 140x200) and television;

- Private terrace + garden

- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, plancha, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);

- Bedroom 1: bunk beds (2x1 pers 90x190)

- Bedroom 2: double bed (1x2 pers 140x190) + 1 raised single bed (1x1 pers 90x190)

- A shower room, and separate toilet;

- The accommodation has a vacuum cleaner, drying rack and air conditioning upstairs

- The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, blankets and pillows;

- Private and free outdoor parking. (no. 1)

- Heated communal pool

The La Dune residence is ideally located:

- 450 metres from the sandy beaches;

- 600 metres from shops and restaurants;

- 2.3 km from the Casino supermarket;
