You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring that whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your Insta-worthy pictures or catch up on your favourite YouTube channel, there will be no interruptions. The living room has a 75" SmartTV where you can log into any streaming service you wish.
Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or frolicking in the snow (or both), this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from either the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or skating or pour yourself a drink and take in the sunset from the cozy lounge area on the top floor balcony off the master bedroom.
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

The Farmer’s Market (Summer) - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.
You will require a car to get to Akiskinook Resort. It is located very conveniently just off of highway 93. Going in any direction is a breeze.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge. If you lose it during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can get one quickly for the next guests.
8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
9. You will be provided with the Akiskinook Rules in your rental agreement. Any fines that occur during your stay will be charged back to the renters whose name is on the reservation.
