Welcome to our home, designed to offer you a stay combining comfort and modernity.



The house has a heat pump system, providing heating and air conditioning. You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Pets are welcome.

With four bedrooms, a television and its own private bathroom, the house is ideal for groups and families who want to enjoy both conviviality and privacy.



The Space:

The house comprises :



3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm): Spread over two floors, the house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more on the second floor, ensuring everyone has their own space.



Private bathroom: Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower for maximum comfort and privacy.



Open-plan, modern kitchen: fridge-freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.



Separate lounge: Relax in a cosy lounge area, separate from the kitchen, ideal for socialising or relaxing.



Rear garden: A small private garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or sharing a quiet moment.



Bed linen and towels are NOT INCLUDED in the price, as our guests generally prefer to save this cost which would be automatically included. If you need, we can rent you the linen (sheets, towels).



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
