This home boasts over 2100 sqft of generous space offering 4 bedrooms, a den, living area, 2 dining spaces, 2.5 bathrooms, large private pool and private backyard! Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the lanai features an in-ground pool and covered, screened area. The spacious backyard features lush, mature tropical landscape. Situated in the friendly community of Crown Pointe. Community offers a fitness room, pool, tennis courts and lake views! Located just under 5 miles from downtown Naples, beaches, shopping and many restaurants.

Maximum of 2 vehicles. No trailers, No commercial vehicles, No RVs.

All adults over 18 years of age must have individual background check.
The application is for the entire group renting.

Home has a great location, close to everything!

Great communication with owner, great location, lots of pool toys for the kids, super clean home, kitchen was awesome, only disappointment was the pool deck, it was a little dirty and lots of spider webs. But I was able to hose away most of it. I recommend this home for any family !

Perfect for my family’s Florida vacation. House was a great size and the pool area felt spacious. Host was attentive and responded quickly.

March in Crowne Point

This house was much better than we even expected. All updated and clean furnishings, nice decorations within the house, great pool. This house made you feel as if you were the first to have rented this location. The owner definitely didn't hesitate to make this house as if it might have been your own. The property managers (Raymond and Brittany) were very attentive of our needs and responded to any minor issues that we had. And were easy to get in touch with regardless of the day or time. The house is located in a great neighborhood and near a small strip mall which had 3 restaurants and a Publix supermarket plus there is a bike/walking trail next to the complex which goes for a long distance.

Renovated in 2021! New vinyl flooring throughout, fresh paint and wallpaper in every room! Furniture is all brand new purchased in 2021 including 4K Oled TVs, 3 remote adjustable beds, couches, tables, LED ambient lighting in living area and kitchen. Multi-color changing pool light, indoor and outdoor ceiling fans are all brand new. New baseboards, door casings, faucet and fixtures! The bathrooms are all fully renovated too!

Located in the wonderful community of Crown Pointe offering large lake views, community clubhouse, heated community swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables, fitness center with sauna and locker rooms open from 6a-9p, 7 days a week. Also lighted community tennis courts with light out at 10p.
