The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 23m² studio apartment for rent in Villarembert, in the Corbier ski resort. It sleeps up to 4 people and has a view of the slopes. Ski from the residence! Located on the 10th floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 18 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The studio is composed as follows
- 18 m² living room with TV, convertible sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed separated by a curtain
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A communal outdoor heated swimming pool offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and slopes. It also features a relaxation area with Jacuzzis, a hammam and a sauna. Open daily during the ski season (December to April).
- A 3 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Kindergarten at the foot of the building
- Tourist office: Just a 5-minute walk away.
- A family-friendly resort: Take advantage of a covered shopping arcade linking the lower and upper parts of the resort. You'll find all the shops and services you need, in a 100% pedestrian environment.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- The Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne train station is the closest to the residence. It's about 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport is 1.5 hours away, while Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport is 2 hours away by car.

Other information
- Swimming pool: All children must be supervised by a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Wifi available free of charge in the residence
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
