The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 31 m² duplex apartment with sea view, 100 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, in Bénodet. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with sofas (including a convertible), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and bathroom with bath.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October, and secured by a cover and barrier. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, non-contractual.
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A 300 m² shared garden
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Access to the beach is via the residence's shared garden. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a traditional market (Mondays) and various boutiques. A supermarket is also just a 5-minute drive away.

Thalasso, golf, swimming, cycling... the choice is yours! At the mouth of ‘the prettiest river in France ’, enjoy an idyllic bay and a wide beach. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space. There is also a public car park nearby.

- Bus: bus stop for Quimper.
