The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Locmariaquer, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 190 m², and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite shower room.
- A separate toilet
- A laundry room
Upstairs:
- One bedroom with two single beds
- One bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, where you will find a small cove a 15-minute walk away. A car is necessary to access shops.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
