Rosepoint Villa has a light, open, airy feeling with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd guest bedroom (sofa sleeper and air mattress also available upon request). The fully screened lanai offers a great place to lounge in the shade at the comfy conversation area or 6 person outdoor table, or bask in the Florida sunshine on the lounge chairs. There is also a fenced dog run with a doggie door from the lanai.

From Rosepoint Villa you can walk or bike to Tarpon Point/Westin Marina Village for amazing waterfront dining, shops, and boat rentals, or to Rotary Park to enjoy the beautiful views from the walking path or observation tower or check out the butterfly house or dog-park. We include 3 adult bikes and there's a bike path directly in front of the house. Enjoy our relaxing pool which has a shallow underwater ledge for lounging and an electric heater. There are 4 large glass-sliding doors to optimize indoor-outdoor living and fill the home with natural light. Our home boasts a living room and dining room with cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (updated with quartz countertop and navy cabinet), and a very large family room with a huge 70'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas. Make yourself at home in our stunning and stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and high quality appliances.

Dogs? Our home is dog friendly, but pre-approval is required. We have a fenced dog run and are 1 mile from Rotary Park where there are walking trails and a dog park (registration required).

Kids? Kids love our pool that has a shallow underwater shelf and a 6ft deep section. We provide a few pool floats and an air pump for extra fun! Parents will enjoy the comfortable lanai seating area in the shade, or sunning on the pool deck. There are games in the dining hutch and kids books (and a few toys) in the twin bedroom. We provide a pack n play and high chair as well!. There's plenty of room to spread out in our 2130 sq ft home showcasing a split bedroom floor plan!
