The apartment is located in the lively 2nd arrondissement, just steps away from many local attractions such as the Museum of Illusion and the Étienne Marcel metro.

Step into this elegant 70 m² apartment and enjoy its bright ambience and refined decor.

The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a double bed and a large TV for your entertainment.

The dining area features a welcoming table for up to five guests.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a range of useful utensils.

The two comfortable bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200) with high-quality hotel linens for a great night's sleep. Spacious closets are also available to store your belongings.

Please note: In one of the bedrooms, there is a small sofa that can serve as a single bed. It is best suited for a child rather than an adult.

The well-appointed bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector ensures your safety.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays for your comfort.

Please note that for your comfort, a portable mini air conditioner is available in the living room, as well as fans in the bedrooms.

The Les Halles and Châtelet district, located in the historic heart of Paris, is a vibrant blend of culture, shopping, and entertainment. Once a bustling central market, it is now home to the modern Forum des Halles shopping center. Stroll through lively streets lined with trendy boutiques, cafés, and cosmopolitan restaurants. Don’t miss visiting the Saint-Eustache Church and enjoying a green escape in the Nelson Mandela Garden. Nearby, explore the Châtelet area, known for its historic theaters, charming covered passages, and lively atmosphere. Les Halles and Châtelet are must-visit neighborhoods to experience the full diversity of Parisian urban life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Étienne Marcel (line 4), is just a 2-minute walk.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
