The property , which can accommodate up to 21 people, 1 child and 3 babies, is an old farmhouse made up of several outbuildings. Two buildings have been converted into three dwellings: an independent dwelling, FALE LUA , and two adjoining houses, FALE TAHI and FALE TOLU . The 2.5 hectare property is enhanced by a 3500 m² fishing pond.
FALE LUA
The 70 m² independent house can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby. It includes:
A fitted kitchen of 17 m², A 13 m² living room with sofa, A bathroom with WC, A large covered terrace of 60 m². Upstairs , you will find two adjoining bedrooms:
A first bedroom of 17 m² with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), A second bedroom of 20 m² with a double bed (160 cm), a single bed (90 cm) and a cot with bars. An adjoining 10 m² cellar, equipped with a washing machine, allows you to store your bikes, fishing equipment or other equipment.
FALE TOLU
(completely renovated in 2024; the exteriors are currently being developed)
With a surface area of approximately 100 m², FALE TOLU can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby.
On the ground floor , you will find:
A large living room of 40 m², with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining table, and lounge offering a view of the pond, A separate toilet. Upstairs , the house has:
A first bedroom of approximately 10 m² with a large bed (160 cm), A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), A bathroom with WC, A top floor on a mezzanine under the roof, accessible via a Japanese-style staircase, with 2 beds (90 cm). Outside , two terraces are available:
A south facing exposure, Another facing due west, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise or sunset, depending on your wishes. FALE TAHI
With a surface area of 120 m², FALE TAHI can accommodate up to 9 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
On the ground floor , you will find:
A 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen and TV lounge, A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), A bathroom, A separate toilet, A large terrace of 30 m². Upstairs , the house has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm) and single bed (90 cm), Bedroom 3: Double bed (160 cm) and cabin bed for child, Bedroom 4: Single bed (90 cm), A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The south-facing terrace, measuring 30 m², opens onto a 500 m² plot of land.
Small clarification : When you arrive, the beds will be made. You will simply need to bring your own towels.
You can enjoy the outdoors to relax: take a nap on the deckchairs in the shade of the property's large trees, or on the south-facing or covered terraces, depending on your desires and the weather. Meanwhile, your children will have fun on the playground equipped with a climbing wall, a swing and a slide. You can also organize a barbecue or picnic by the pond, while learning to fish ( in no-kill mode ). Access to the pond is secured by a gate, but children remain under the responsibility of their parents near the water.
