Construction work is currently taking place within the residence. However, the scaffolding previously located in front of the studio has now been removed, and your apartment is no longer directly affected by the construction areas. Please note that occasional noise disturbances may still occur during the day, mainly on weekdays, due to ongoing work in other parts of the residence.
We prefer to inform you in complete transparency to avoid any unpleasant surprises during your stay.
Blue is a charming 37 m² studio apartment boasting an exceptional location and breathtaking views over Concarneau Bay and the Glénan Islands. Ideally situated, it is the perfect base for exploring the area: the town center and its shops are just 30 meters from the apartment. You can also easily enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches.
Located on the second floor of a secure residence with an elevator and caretaker, Blue charms guests with its tasteful decoration and stunning sea views. Relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while watching the boats sailing across the bay.
The accommodation:
You will be welcomed by an entrance hallway leading to the studio's main living areas. On your left, a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub and washing machine provides all the comfort you need.
The bright and functional living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine), a dining area, and a comfortable lounge space. The apartment offers a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. The layout has been carefully designed to maximize comfort and practicality.
On sunny days, you will enjoy the balcony overlooking Rodel Beach. It is the perfect place to have breakfast or a snack while taking in the beautiful scenery. A sheltered area also allows you to enjoy the outdoors even in less favorable weather.
For your convenience, a private parking space (No. 15) located at the foot of the building is available. A bicycle storage room is also at your disposal.
A travel cot is available free of charge in the apartment. Please note that a high chair is not provided.

Our concierge service offers linen rental for the duration of your stay:

Bedding size:
1 double bed (140 x 200 cm).
