Discover Villa Casa Storcki, perched on a hill in a residential area of ​​Bastelicaccia. Ideally located for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, Bastelicaccia is a village 20 minutes from the center of Ajaccio, 10 minutes from its airport, and 15 minutes from the port. It is also just 5 minutes from Porticcio, a lively seaside resort, and close to the most beautiful beaches on the South Shore. You will find all amenities in the village (restaurants, mini-market, bakery, butcher, caterer, gas station with charging point, medical centre, etc.). Villa Casa Storcki, a new build with all modern comforts and fully air-conditioned, consists of an upper level villa and a ground-floor annex. It sleeps 11 people and can accommodate up to 15. The two sections are independent but connected externally. MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: 200 euros payable on arrival. In July and August, arrivals are only on Saturdays from 4 pm and departures are by 10 am at the latest. Weekly rental. Outside of this period, arrivals/departures are possible every day, same time, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. The upper level of the villa can accommodate 6 people. The living area consists of a large, bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto the terraces and the swimming pool. There is also an utility room (storage and washing machine). The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet. 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, an en-suite shower room (shower and sink), and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is a master suite with a sea view, queen-size bed, wardrobe, small desk, and full bathroom (140x90 shower, sink, and toilet). It is possible to accommodate two additional people on the sofa bed in the living room (at an extra cost). The outdoor space with its superb sea, mountain, and pool views promises wonderful moments enjoying a drink in the cozy lounge area and delicious meals around the table and griddle in the covered area. And to cool off, there's a heated swimming pool (7x3.5m) and a lovely relaxation area equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The ground-floor annex is a self-contained apartment that can accommodate 5 people. This apartment comprises a living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom with a washbasin and shower (140x90cm), a separate WC, and two bedrooms with wardrobes (one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed 140x190cm/90x190cm). There's also a beautiful 19m² covered terrace with sea views. A dishwasher and washing machine are available in the kitchen. Two additional people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room (with supplement). You can also practice your pointing (or shooting) skills on the pétanque court, or take a nap or do some reading in the zen area in the shade of the olive trees. For your comfort and to lighten your luggage, bed linen, towels, and household linen are PROVIDED, and the end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory. Board games and beach games are available. Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Upon request, we provide free baby equipment (folding cot, high chair). A booklet with local tips for outings awaits you. Parking for 4 cars within the property.
