Charming house in the heart of the resort of Bédonet, ideal for your holidays with family or friends. With a surface area of 105 m² and can accommodate up to 7 travelers, it consists of a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, a games area, a laundry room and a garage.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- It is located in an area that is both lively and residential, since its closest neighbour is... the church.
- Just 200 m away, for adults, the Casino; for teenagers, cinemas and sailing schools; for the little ones, the beach clubs, and, for all, the sea and the sand.
