Located in the "heart" of Anna Maria City, sits this ground level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just waiting for you! It has been completely remodeled and features bright Caribbean colors and new furnishings. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both accommodate queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, the ice cream shop, AND is only a short walk to the gulf beach.

**Please note that the golf cart pictures is not included with the rental.**

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

A great place to stay in AMI!

This house was a great place to stay in AMI! The sleeping arrangements worked great and there is a lot of living space to hangout. The only downfall is you can hear the neighbors outside late at night, but nothing against the house! Overall a great area, close to good eateries, coffee shops, and the beach. Also, would recommend renting a golf cart!

Great stay near the beach

We had a great stay here! It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids and the outdoor space was excellent as pictured. Walking distance to the beach and several local restaurants. Hoping to be back soon.

Beautiful house and great location!!

The house is nicely decorated! Enjoyed sitting in the back yard as well as the front yard in the Adirondack deck chairs.

More than enough room. Everything readily available.

We were very comfortable staying here. It’s a short block and a half walk to the beach. There was lots of room for sleeping and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Anna Maria wedding

We were in Anna Maria for a family wedding and this was the perfect location and offered the space needed for 6 family members. The only reason I didn’t give a five rating is due to a few things that need attention. The keutig is on its last leg. The dryer has a terribly loud squeaking noise. The master bath cabinet under the sink is terrible. Looks like it has been leaking for a long time and there’s no way I would use a towel sitting on that. But even with those maintenance issues, Batleys beach house is wonderful.

Great Location for beach access and local flavors

Overall a decent property. Unit needs serious upgrades in both bathrooms as you can barely turn around in them. It seemed that this home is a daily for someone as each of the rooms had a lot of personal items. Didn't care for all the baby toys left out in various places. Also arrived to see that the beautiful backyard shade sail was hanging from three corners and one of the eyelets securing the sail was laying on the pavers. Outside of my simple quirks, definitely would recommend this property to a small family of four for sure. One last note, this property makes you responsible for keys which is quite an inconvenience for the beach, even though the check-in process states you will receive a code for check-in and have to go to their office to retrieve the keys. SATO properties (renting agency is also highly recommended for their ultra high level of service for booking, problems, etc).
