The place delivered on its high rating score. Wonderful location. Numerous beach access points and meal options available within walking distance. House was clean. Both kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The screened-in outdoor areas and living room contained ample space for our family of 4 to relax. Bikes and folding chairs were in excellent condition and located in the main level storage shed.

Location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach. House also came stocked with good beach gear and bikes/wagon. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful family home

We loved the house and used the front screened in porch and downstairs screened in room so much. They were great when grands woke up earlier than everyone else. Great location and had everything we needed! Wonderful stay!

Great beach house two blocks from the beach

The home is spectacular and we had a wonderful stay with family and friends that came to visit. We would stay here again any time. Close to the beach and one block from Pine Ave where you can eat and shop. We rented a golf cart and had fun.

The house is lovely. We loved the front porch. Although we did not use the lanai on the lower level, it is a great place for outdoor activities and outdoor meals. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the large center island which came in very handy as we all prepared dinner together. The only downside was the temperature control. We were fortunate that it was cooler weather, but in the afternoon the house did get warm. The thermostat is remote controlled so we could not adjust it to cool the house down. The host was accommodating to our request. I would just suggest working out the temperatures you would like with Jeff prior to your stay. Overall, the stay, the house, the location was excellent.

The host was very responsive. The house is in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked. Loved the front porch and downstairs porch with games. We spent time on both. The house is very nice and was a perfect size for our family. We enjoyed using the bikes. It was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella as well. We had a wonderful stay at Ave Maria!

Still wonderful!

It was our 2nd year in a row at this property. It's even better with the new renovated kitchen. Perfect location. We loved every second. Easy to contact the owner also. Perfect!

Great location

We loved our stay! The house is very comfortable and spacious open main living area. Loved the location with being close to beach and pier. Definitely would stay again!
