3-room apartment overlooking Le Lavandou with sea view in front of the islands of Port Cros and Du Levant, located in a very quiet residence in the middle of the vegetation 300m from the city center of Le Lavandou.

The apartment

All rooms have sea view.
Comfort and space, the main room has a kitchen open to the living room. It is extended by a large terrace with a dining area. A second terrace with panoramic sea view is equipped with garden furniture.
On the night side, you will have a first bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 that can be joined into 1 bed of 160x200. A second bedroom with a 140x190 Murphy bed and an office opens onto a second private terrace. Each bedroom offers plenty of storage space.
A bathroom with shower, a pantry and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
A garage is also available in the basement of the residence.
The apartment is served by an elevator from the basement. It is necessary to climb about ten steps after the elevator to access the apartment.
