This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-bath condo is positioned on the east end of the complex, allowing for breathtaking sunrise views of the gulf. The large balcony is accessible from both the main bedroom and the living room. This condo features a full-sized washer and dryer, a fully-equipped island kitchen, and plenty of counter space. Hitting the beach or pool is a breeze from this ground floor condo as they are both just steps away and easily accessible through the gated rear patio.
THINGS TO KNOW
This complex will be undergoing concrete repairs ending May 26th and resuming mid-September. Guests will be impacted daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. There may be instances where balconies are closed. Stairways and walkways may similarly be involved in construction/maintenance.
The pool hours are from 8am - 10pm.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
