Planning on coming back!

We couldn’t believe how large and how nice the condo was! The huge balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing! Easy beach access! Also has an indoor pool and hot tub! Convenient location to many restaurants and so many things to do in that area! We loved it and planning on coming back to the same condo this summer!

Birthday Vacation to Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had all that we needed for a week stay. Our absolute favorite spot was the balcony. We loved coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. Highly recommend this condo and the owner is wonderful to work with.

Condo was a nice size. Everyone had plenty of space. Loved the size of the outside balcony. Communication was great with the manager. Fourth floor was great, never really waited on elevator. Location was easy to get to and near lots of stores, restaurants and fun. Very busy beach area and pool.

Perfect location for a family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was a great size for our family of six. We loved the large, private balcony. The owner’s beach closet had a lot of chairs and beach gear that was helpful to have access to. We had a great experience at this property and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay

This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teen boys. Being on the 4th floor was also nice as waiting for the elevator was much faster. The condo was clean and as advertised. The closet with beach supplies was very nice. The host was also very nice and responsive. No complaints.

Great location and very responsive owner!

The location was great! Easy access to The Wharf, OWA, or to 59 to head to Foley for more restaurants and shopping options! Easy access to grocery stores and walking distance to dollar store and souvenir stores. The pool and the beach were never crowded. No problem finding parking at the condo. The furniture was comfortable. The master bed was super soft, which was a positive for me and a negative for my husband. Plenty of seating on the balcony. We especially liked the taller seats to easily see over the railing. The closet of beach equipment was very useful. We did not have to purchase boogie boards or sand toys for the kids. The owner was super responsive to messages and replied very quickly. We were overall pleased with the condo but there are some things that could be improved. Our main complaint was the number of bath towels. There was 1 towel for each person so we literally washed towels everyday, not what we wanted to do on vacation. The internet speed could be better. We had a few different devices that could not be operated at the same time. We purchased a fan for the balcony during our stay, but that would be a nice addition.

Great Place and Great Location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Stephen was very accomodating and helpful in our communications. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and exceeded our expectations. The pool is right under the balcony and access to the beach is pretty easy! There was a closet full of chairs, beach toys and other things we used out the beach! It was a great experience and we would absolutely stay again!

Gulf Front Oasis

Property was clean and well maintained with an outdoor and indoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, near shopping and entertainment and direct gulf front view. Our favorite part was the huge covered balcony with comfortable seating for six plus people that was just yards from the ocean.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Could not have asked for better accommodations! The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The beds and couches were comfy. The TV was a good size, although who needs a TV with the beach just steps away! The dining room table was perfect for meals and game nights. Also, the view from the balcony was perfect for watching dolphins in the ocean while also keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. And, the beach supplies were awesome! No need to bring any beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, or a wagon - it's all there! Just perfect!!

Family friendly

The property location is accessible to stores and restaurants! The property is very family friendly with the outdoor/indoor pool. Very easy accessibility to the beautiful beach.. Condo was great, had all the things need for in the kitchen. The beach closet was awesome.. beach toys, canopy, beach wagon. Only downfall with the condo, the cleaning was subpar. Rug in the kitchen needs cleaned and the big rug in front of couch. Master bathroom baseboards and such could use a good clean. I would recommend this condo/property to anyone.

Great Orange Beach Vac

Everything was set up perfect for our vacation. the Condo was perfect had everything and more. Beach toys and chairs. We had a problem with the fridge while we were there the Owner replied fast and checked the next day to make sure it was working properly. Very relaxing Walmart right down the street for groceries. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Will stay here again.

Disappointing due to work being done on building

We were informed about two days before arrival that the deck to our unit would not be available for our use due to construction taking place. The noise from the "jack hammers" was overwhelming and we could not communicate in the unit due to the extreme noise. The unit was adequate but somewhat outdated. There were times when we could not see the beach due to a curtain covering the deck so cement did not fall to the ground. The owner ended up being very kind and giving us a satisfactory discount due to the problems we encountered. Whenever I sent messages to him he responded almost immediately. That was greatly appreciated. When the work is completed in a couple of months it will be a great location. There are many good restaurants within a couple of miles of the unit.

My family loved Orange Beach.

The property is wonderful. I loved that everything was coded, so you didn't have to worry about toting keys around. The view from the unit was spectacular! The unit was clean and had everything we needed, plus. We were a little annoyed with the security person. He kept kicking us out of the pool at 9pm even though all the signs say 10pm. He also told my teenage kids they needed supervision when, again, the signs say under 12. Buy definitely did not ruin our trip! We will be back!

Great condo and location

I loved this condo but know that they are doing construction on the building right now. The noise from it is very loud in the condo. We stayed out until after they were done each day. Overall it’s a great condo and I would gladly stay again.

Nice condo

Clean and roomy condo right on gulf shores beach. 4th floor is sweet spot floor .. high enough for privacy but low enough to still see top of palm trees. Owner very responsive when we had running toilet ... had plumber booked asap. Only major complaint was there were several days of constant and extremely loud hammer drill noise from adjoining condo replacing floor tiles ... we had to leave from 9 to 5 several days since noise was intolerable shaking the whole apartment... but obviously the owner has no control regarding external renovations in the building complex. Overall had enjoyable stay and would recommend especially for families who need space and want direct access to beach.
