With three bedrooms and lots of space, everyone will have plenty of elbow room and privacy during your next vacation to the Gulf of Mexico. Challenge someone to a match on the shared tennis court then enjoy a cool-down swim in the community pool. You'll love the suite's first-floor location when you want to access the beach, and you can use the free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure. The central AC will ensure everyone stays nice and cool during your stay.

The balcony concrete is being repaired and guests will not have access during this process. There will be construction workers on the balcony during the day. The gulf side indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Oct 4, 2022 - Oct 31, 2022. The rear indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Nov 22, 2022 - Dec 12, 2022. The outdoor pool will still be available.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was nice. We had a great ground floor unit with easy access to the pools and beach.We did have some light cleaning to do once we gained access to the unit. Primary bathroom toilet wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself. There were celebratory balloons and items left in the Primary closet.The dryer wouldn't start at first,but it was taken care of quickly.For most of my family members this was a first time they'd ever been to any beach and they truly enjoyed this mini vacation. We're already planning our next outing for Thanksgiving. And next year , if the Lord says the same we will be returning for our end of the summer mini vacay...

Great View

Overall condo is great with beautiful view morning and night. Everything furnished and working order. Only negative…walls are little thin as you can hear everything in parking lot and above you. Might want to bring extra fan for white noise.

Not What It Claimed

1) Balcony was dirty, I have pictures where our feet were black from walking on it. When I called someone came & swept it, but said she had no idea how bad & needed more equipment. She said she’d come back, but never did. 2) Listing said nothing about landscaping around pool & we were on 1st level. Hence the filth on balcony. 3) Pool area closed @ 8pm. By the time we got back from a 4:30 (2hour) soccer game we hardly had time to use it. 4) Master bathroom had mold in the toilet bc housekeeping told me it hadn’t been cleaned in 2 weeks since last renters left. 5) Master mattress was terrible. I ended up in the recliner to sleep.

First time staying on 1st floor

Loved being on the first floor and not using elevators. Condo was nice but there was a water leak in quite a few units during our stay so we constantly had maintenance workers knocking on the door and coming into the condo/master bedroom and asking when we were checking out. Also the security guards are very present and don’t give the first floor guests much privacy when sitting on the balcony. Other than that, the condo was nice with a well stocked kitchen.

The property was well maintained. The condo was immaculate. Really enjoyed security being on premises. I would have given 5 stars, but don't like when security is up,close, and personal. When you couldn't enjoy the night on the deck, because security was always shining flashlights at every deck an insanely amount of times. I know it only takes 1 person to mess things up. Maybe reconsider the up, close, and personal security. Maybe then you would have full capacity.

Disappointed

I loved that the maintenance men came and worked quickly to fix most issues as soon as they were notified (1 day and 3 calls later) Construction equipment blocked our view to the ocean. Sliding door lock broken when we arrived, couldn't walk out onto the patio. Refrigerator was leaking water, Wifi was out, called multiple times to report issues. Whole heartedly disappointed in the experience, we will not stay at Whitecaps ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As I stated above the courteous and efficient maintenance men were the highlight of the stay at White Caps.

An alright property

My first impression on the property was very nice, but when we started using it is when things started going down hill. There was water damage on the walls due to air conditioning vents leaking, our bathroom toilet handle is about to fall off the toilet, the bathroom fixtures were Bailey attached to the counter, left over trash in the bedrooms (including female hygiene products), and the list goes on. Also, the smoke area that we were given was in horrible condition. The trees left sap all over the benches and were actively drilling sap on the people forced to sit under it. The main reason I won’t be using this property again is due to the security guard. They use flashlights to look onto your balcony and into your rooms at night. This isn’t only rude but very invasion to our privacy. This property got the job done but it won’t be used in the future.

Great Stay

Wasn’t as clean as usual- several issues

The condo wasn’t as clean as usual. The shower curtain liners had mold on them and were ripped in several places. There were no bed sheets or mattress pads on the top bunk beds. The ice maker quit working mid week. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom that wasn’t fixed and the shower light kept going out and it was rather dark in the shower. The whole experience wasn’t as good for us as years past. We’re wondering if this had to do with the Meyer/Vacasa change of hands.

5 day stay at White caps 103

The cost was the same as what was said up front. The rooms were nice and we loved having dishes there able to use. The beach was so close we could walk to it several times a day. The pools were great, outdoor and indoor and the 2 foot pool! We all slept great and had a great stay!
