This lovely three-bedroom home is located on the first floor - perfect for easy access to the beach! Spend a leisurely afternoon in the shared pool or take long walks along the lapping waves of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll love dining al-fresco out on your private balcony, and the suite's free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure or download an energizing playlist for a trip to the community fitness room.

The balcony concrete is being repaired and guests will not have access during this process. There will be construction workers on the balcony during the day. The gulf side indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Oct 4, 2022 - Oct 31, 2022. The rear indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Nov 22, 2022 - Dec 12, 2022. The outdoor pool will still be available.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ground floor, perfect for families

Ground floor that you could still see the beach and very close to the pool so I could watch my kids. Absolutely loved this spot for my family with kids ages 1 to 13.

Amenities listed are not accurate

I recently stayed at this condo from November 24th to November 30th, and while the room itself was acceptable, the amenities listed were not as advertised. The property was not handicap accessible—there were no hand bars anywhere and the doorways were too small to accommodate a wheelchair. Additionally, the outdoor hot tub was not hot; it was cold. The indoor pool closed well before the posted time of 10 p.m., and there was no one available to contact for assistance. The outdoor gate that should open directly to the pool area was locked. When I reached out to Vacasa, their response was that there is no key. I also reached out through the Vacasa app about the pool closures, and their response was that the system indicated the indoor pool would be closed from 9/27/22 to 10/10/22 and the outdoor pool from 11/1/22 to 3/13/23. I pointed out that it is now 2024, but received no further response. This lack of communication and outdated information is unacceptable. My message to Vacasa was sent on November 27th, 2024, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory reply. Overall, I was very disappointed with the amenities and the customer service. I would not recommend this property to others, especially those needing accessible features.

Good location & floor plan

The location of the complex was great and right on the beach. The condo itself was not very clean, the kitchen floor was dirty, the dishwasher stunk and some of the light switches were sticky. Also, we had to buy batteries for the TV remotes, because none of them were working. Two other things to be aware of is that there is no smoking anywhere on the property (except in a very far corner by the street), and there is no extra supplies (such as trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels). Overall we had a good stay, but I’m not sure we would stay there again.

Great rental

We loved the unit and location. It is a first floor unit and we really enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool area. The WiFi caused us a little trouble because the modem is hooked up the a light switch in the bedroom so we kept having it turn on and off until we figured that out. When on it worked just fine. The place was clean and we throughly enjoyed the complex. The unit provides one dishwasher pac and 2 laundry detergents. You will need to bring coffee,filters, salt and pepper,beach towels and any other basic amenities. No complaints about this, just we did not expect it. I’ve stayed at other rentals that will provide some of those things. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Good location

Clean. Easy to get to location and close to everything. Easy for toddlers, kids, and elderly to use with first floor access. The back porch is great with easy beach access. We are repeat customers bc it’s great condo for the price

Beach Vacation

The living room TV wouldn't work and there was a mold smell. By the end of the week almost everyone was congested from the mold. It does have a great view and it was cleaner than it was last year.

No toilet paper and refrigerator didn’t work and dirty sheets and only two towels for 8 people. Half

Never rent again. Went three days with only two bath towels for 8 people. Refrigerator didn’t work for three days. Bed sheets were dirty never changed. No toilet paper no welcome package. No Wi-Fi for three days. Only half of plug ins worked. Working with Meyers was terrible and they lied to us Floor was dirty. Back door handle was broke. Bathroom locked you in the dryer took two cycles to dry.

Great location and very spacious!

We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach and White Caps very much. The condo had very comfortable beds and a very large patio and great view. Our patio table had two broken legs which we had to put books under the legs to keep it level. We called the property management co. and they sent someone out but said it couldn't be fixed and that the owner would have to purchase a new one. I am sure the table had been like that for quite a while. The condo was overall clean, but there were a pair of socks in one of the dresser drawers and a q-tip on the bedside table (ewww!). I feel the cleaning staff could have done a little more thorough job. The light right outside our door only came on one evening. I am not sure if it was on a timer or was burned out after the one time, but it is very dark without a light and made it very hard to see to punch in the door code. The spacious balcony was great, but it would have been nice if you could lock the sliding doors from the outside so you could go to the pool and beach from your patio without walking all the way around the building. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to others.
