Gites Simond welcomes you to Arvieux in the heart of the Queyras Regional Park,
Devia 1 is a very bright apartment that can accommodate 6 people.
It has a 20 m2 terrace facing south.
A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 4 single bunk beds.
A large living room with fully equipped kitchen.
Shower room and separate toilet.
It is located on the first floor by the south entrance and on the ground floor by the north entrance.
We are a family business.
Our cottages are located in a quiet area, away from the main road, they are very sunny due to their southern exposure.
Many activities are available to you in summer and winter, for young and old.
You will find a large parking lot.
Our dog Phénix will take care of welcoming you (no doubt in the hope of a few cuddles).
In the summer you can go hiking, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, white water sports, tree climbing, summer tobogganing.
Indeed, the Queyras regional park is a green setting, a paradise for sportsmen.
Renowned for our sun (more than 300 days of sunshine per year), you can come and recharge your batteries, sunbathe.
