If you'd rather go out, restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Exceptional amenities at Summer House include a split-level pool with a spacious sundeck and a covered gazebo by the beach. There is also a heated indoor pool with an oversize hot tub, lighted tennis courts, a putting green, and a well-equipped fitness center to help keep you on your game while you're on vacation. THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

This rental is located on floor 9.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, Beautiful balcony! Limited on basics.

We loved the amazing view offered from the balcony. The condo was up to date and clean and located close to shopping and restaurants. The king mattress needs replaced as it is wore out. It needs to be mentioned to bring basics like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt/pepper and coffee filters as those were basics that weren’t supplied by the owner. Very weird!

Perfect Stay

The condo was super clean! We had 5 adults and 3 children and it was the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed the washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying here in the future! The pool was very nice and just a short walk to the beach.

Doors didn't shut right ... Bedroom door didn't lock.... Toaster didn't work... AC in master bedroom didn't cool good.. beds were not comfortable.

Great Beach Weekend

It was a very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and he breeze. The outside of the building, including our front door needs repair, but once inside, everything’s in good shape.

Disappointed in Vacasa

Really disappointed in gaining access to the condo on check in. I stood in the heat for nearly 2 hours with a 3 month old gran baby, trying to gain access. The door code would not work. Then I thought I was at the wrong building. At this point it was ridiculous. We finall gained access to the unit and then on the morning of the 3rd day I leave and come back to the door code not working again. At this point I was very frustrated. I’m on vacation, I paid hood money to be worry free and just relax and because of these issues with the door lock I was worried that I could not leave the unit because I wouldn’t know if I could get back in. Vacasa finally got someone there to replace the door lock, but then they left my door cracked open with the door stop just enough that the unit flooded when I came a rain. So now I have another issue that was not cause by me or my family. The whole trip was ruined and I’ll never book at the summer house again and will never recommend it to anyone I know.
