Immersed in the forest on a 2000m2 wooded plot on the edge of a listed wooded area, this 65m2 pool house exudes calm yet is close to the town center (5mn) and the beach (4mn).
Also close to Lac Marion and Lac Mouriscot, the pool house can be reached by taking the lakes path which runs along the bottom of the garden.

With its two independent master suites, the pool house guarantees a private space ideal for a stay with family or friends, while preserving the calm and independence of each.

Surrounded by a landscaped garden of 1000m2 and under its heat-insulating green roof, the pool house blends in perfectly with nature.
You'll be able to relax with a breathtaking view of the pool, jacuzzi and forest, and live at nature's pace, surrounded by natural light and serenity, lulled by birdsong.

3. A fully-equipped kitchen at your fingertips:

Preparing and sharing meals becomes a pleasure thanks to the modern, functional kitchen, located just a few steps from the pool and terrace. An outdoor barbecue is also available.

An indoor dining table for comfortable meals, whatever the weather, and an outdoor table under a shaded pergola for long lunches or convivial dinners in the open air, lulled by the gentle evenings.

You can rent the rooms in this pool house in summer as a complement to the main villa, or separately in September and October, when Biarritz combines the charm of summer with the peace and quiet of autumn.

May, june, september and october rates: €170 per night for a master suite, breakfast included, or €290 for rental of the entire pool house. Access to pool and jacuzzi included.
