Take advantage of the comforts in this fully furnished and beautifully decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. There are enough seats in the living area for six adults, and a big flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. If cooking is on your vacation agenda, the fully equipped kitchen is capable of meeting all your needs. A pair of stools is at the breakfast bar, and a table with four chairs is nearby. Dining on the balcony is a joy with its table and four chairs. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a flat screen television, private balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink and extended vanity counter and beautifully tiled walk in shower. The unit is also newly renovated.

Things to Know

Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

HOA has scheduled window and sliding glass door ongoing one floor at a time until mid June.
Noise will be heard during daytime hours.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. There are lots of cute details we appreciated and it was comfortable. The biggest surprise was that there’s a 55 fee for parking that wasn’t mentioned in the listing when we booked. It’s 55 whether you stay one night or more which seems like a steep hidden fee. The view is lovely.

Orange beach getaway

GREAT location. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach and pool. A few of the pots/pans were not clean and lacked the basic supplies ( salt/pepper etc. but great for no more than we were in the room. Beds were very comfortable! Easy check in and out!!

We had trouble with the door locks. Coffee pot did not work. Unit was clean and comfortable other than the guest room which was chilly. Would stay in this unit again.

This is a nice condo on the 12th floor with a balcony that has beautiful views overlooking the beach. The entire check in and check out process was extremely easy, and we had a wonderful stay.

3 towels and washcloths for 6 people

Guests next to us smoked which was a problem for several in our family who have asthma. Complained downstairs, but it did not stop him. Also, we did not have enough towels. Called and it took more than 17 hours to get enough. When you are only vacationing 1 day and 2 nights, you should not have to take care of this when 6 people were booked for the property. Several of us had to use sandy beach towels. Very disappointing. The property manager was nice but would not help since we booked through VRBO.

Beautiful views Just needs updating/maintenance

Vacasa was wonderful with communication and resolving our issue which required us to pack up and move to another complex. We arrived and quickly noticed that the furnishings, appliances and overall condition were very worn and not exactly as pictured. We then noticed standing water in the bathroom ( 2nd bedroom). We notified Vacasa right away- we chose to wait until the morning as it was late in hopes that maybe it was water left over from the cleaning crew. In the morning, we realized there was no running water (to the tub) and by then we noticed that the ice machine in freezer was non-operational, and the kitchen sink also would not stop running (it was more than just a drip). We had additional pillows in the closet but not enough pillowcases to use them all. The bedding was clean but there were hairs left on two of the pillows (yuck). Once notified we were told a maintenance person local to the complex would be reaching out, then the local manager would be reaching out - NO ONE FROM PHOENIX EVER REACHED OUT. Lucky for us, Vacasa was on the spot and provided a solution to move us to another complex so we could enjoy the remainder of our trip. This unit needs updating and maintenance. I will say that the view from this unit is gorgeous, and the beds were all comfortable. This IS a beautiful unit that just needs some TLC/updating and maintenance.

Great condo!

Location was good. The condo was clean, very nice. Exactly as documented. Beds comfortable and plenty of room for family. Loved that we could play at the beach and come back to the pool before returning to the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location but AC needs attention!

The condo was nice and just the right size for our two families to stay. Location was perfect in Orange Beach! Only complaint we had was the AC did NOT cool the condo at all! We were able to open the balcony door and get breeze that way to cool us down.

Clean condo with lots of amenities

Great pool inside and out with 2 hot tubs, comfortable condo with all the necessary kitchen tools. Some condos we have been to have a stash of beach toys and items from previous guests which would have been nice, instead we had to purchase them. Freezer was broken which ended in our food thawing without our knowledge. Overall nice place with friendly front desk staff.

Wonderful Place

We stayed the month of January. My wife was a bit nervous because the review average was 4.4. The furniture in the living room is worn. We rectified that by putting sheets over the couch, no more issue. My wife used the guest room/ bath for her clothes and to shower. She agreed with another review that showed there needs to be somewhere to store folded clothes. The location and the view are spectacular. The kitchen has pots, pans, and everything you need. Oh, for a month‘s stay, the bed didn’t disappoint. It was comfy.

Orange Beach is the best

Phoenix East is a great complex with nice pools, plenty of parking & easy walk to the beach. Super comfortable beds & nicely decorated. The only drawback for us was the overall cleanliness of the condo, it really needs a deep cleaning (not just a 3 hour cleaning) but I am sure it was used all summer. We would rent again.
