Parfaitement située au cœur de l’Anse Mitan, la Sunset Room est un studio fraîchement rénové situé au troisième étage, ce studio lumineux vous accueille dans un espace ouvert sur une vue panoramique sur la baie, que vous pourrez savourer depuis votre balcon privé, idéal pour des moments de calme face au bleu de la mer.
Le studio bénéficie d`une Smart TV à écran plat, un accès Wi-Fi performant et des rideaux occultants pour des nuits paisibles. La Sunset Room est entièrement climatisée et offre une cuisine bien équipée avec un micro-ondes, des plaques vitrocéramiques, un réfrigérateur, un grille-pain, une cafetière et toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Le lit queen size (160x200), avec son linge de maison haut de gamme (serviettes de toilette, draps de bain, linges de lit) est un véritable cocon de douceur, idéal pour des nuits reposantes.
La résidence est sécurisée par un portail à code d’accès et offre un parking privé, vous permettant de profiter pleinement de la Martinique et de ses alentours en toute tranquillité. Vous pourrez également vous relaxer dans la piscine extérieure de la résidence, un havre de paix où profiter du soleil tropical.
La Sunset Room bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal : à quelques minutes de la plage et de l’embarcadère pour la navette vers Fort-de-France.
