You'll be in awe of the panoramic view from Lighthouse 1111, a gulf-front escape in a setting that's second to none.


This Gulf Shores condo is both casual and inviting, offering a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV, a fully appointed kitchen and dining space, and glass doors that connect to a shaded balcony overlooking the beach. Enjoy free WiFi and central air conditioning throughout, as well as a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.


Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Needs updating

This was our 5th stay at the lighthouse condominiums but the first in this particular unit. Master bathroom toilet had issues (constantly ran, difficult to get to flush), only one working burner on the stove at once, they have bar height stools for a counter height table (so not usable). Nothing fancy about beds or bedding. Just seems neglected. I can’t comment on how management would have addressed concerns bc I didn’t care to take the time out of my vacation with 3 kids to try communicating with them/coordinating a repair person in our space. Will definitely not return to this unit in the future. One positive - the outdoor space was enjoyable.

I’d go back.

We stayed for a few nights, a family of 5. The view was amazing, the pools and hot tubs were great and overall it was a good stay. We did notice the ice maker was broken, we didn’t stay in enough to use it though. The garbage disposal smelt HORRIBLE- thankfully with a little hot water and cleaning it it went away but it was bad. When we let the recliners up in the living room, a half-eaten dog treat fell out and there was trash under the chairs. So, they weren’t cleaned under and it looked like someone had a dog inside, never saw evidence of one being there though. The floors also didn’t seem mopped and our feet got dirty quick. It would’ve been nice if it was a little cleaner and there was a broom left out that we could’ve used during our stay. All in all, though, we’d stay again. It was great and the front desk was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying as these aren’t huge issues or problems

Month renter

Just spent a month in this unit. After reading some reviews i was apprehensive. We had a problem with the washer, bed in guest bedroom and back burner on stove. Called Meagan at VACASA and all problems were fixed. Bed and washer and the leaky water heater were all replaced. Burner was fixed within an hour of reporting. Word for future renters. The new bed is very high and a shorter person might need a stool. Note to owner. If renting monthly please make sure everything is in good working order. Overall very satisfied with Meagan and Samantha from VACASA. Wifi was problem with us and the remotes.

Great getaway for the girls!

Our annual family ladies' trip is what we look forward to all year. We enjoyed our stay in the condo because it was well appointed, yet budget friendly. Great views of the Gulf from the balcony and a very short walk to the beach. Loved it!

Not ideal for family of 4! The "extra bedroom" is smaller than the laundry room with bunk beds and a mini TV. Its a recycled utility closet. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. Our biggest issue was Vacasa did not provide a welcome packet upon arrival of parking passes ($40 ea.), wristbands to the pools, or, and most importantly for us the code to the gate for the beach. It could only obtained through their "front desk" who didn't arrive for the day until mid afternoon. Other vacation rentals companies do provide all of those things within this condo building bc we've rented with them. Vacasa did provide good attempts at communicating with us however did not have the answers we needed

The condo was so spacious. We had room for each person (4 of us total) to have a place to relax alone. When it was family time, we had options about being on the balcony or in the unit, both with plenty of space.

The view of the water was really outstanding. The peace and quiet was another plus. We would really like to come back.

Good condo and nice location

The sheets and blanket in the primary bedroom had a few old stains that obviously just won't wash out, and there were a few food wrappers in the sofa and primary bed. The parking is tight! Otherwise, the condo was clean and just what we needed and wanted. Thanks!

Disappointed

Carpet is dirty and stained. Walls are dirty. Glass in shower not clean. Curtains off track. Sheets smaller than mattress. The best thing is the view of beach.
