When it’s time to get away from everything and just focus on relaxing, the beach is your best option! This first-floor condo near the beach with access to a shared pool is simply perfect for any kind of vacation; whether you’re traveling with kids, friends, or as a couple, this condo is the answer for you!

Spend lazy evenings enjoying the refreshing breeze on our private patio, which is also complete with a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals al fresco and a porch swing. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to treat your guests and yourself to mouth-watering meals and beach snacks during your stay!

Please note that Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property was in great condition and was well equipped. It was very clean. Good location for activities on the beach and access to the shops and restaurants of downtown Gulf Shores. We were very pleased with it.

Overall, it was just right for what we needed. Heads up, there weren’t clean blankets for the bedding. Only thin sheets gets cold at night.

Perfect beach condo steps from nice beach and ocean

Perfectly located quaint clean updated condo for my 45 year old friends group of 3 to hang out and catch up. Spent our days at the beach and our evenings on the nice porch swing outside our front door. Condo came with two free parking passes and parking was located directly under the raised condo. Terrific seafood restaurant in walking distance and a convenience store.

Fine for the weekend

I stayed with my daughter for the weekend. The towels had so much fabric softener that they repelled water. We killed two roaches that I watched crawl out from under the oven. The coach was dirty and sandy but the sheets were cleaned.

Would not stay here again

The location was excellent - close to the beach. The place could really use updating. The couch and chair were in poor shape - stains and worn out cushions. The blinds could use replacing. The condo felt damp all the time so we kept the fan on in the bathroom and on the ac unit. Could use a new paint job. When washing the dishes, there was no plug for the sink and no dish rack to dry the dishes. All the info we received said there was a dishwasher, there was none. The guest laundry cost 2.50 in coins for each the washer and dryer, I think that should be communicated upfront. Only pluses were the location, pool and bathroom.

This unit is small but perfect for myself and my husband. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived for our stay. We spent most of our time on the porch swing. Great place for a quiet and relaxing few days.

This condo was small and quaint as we expected. A great size for the 2 of us. Everything was bright and clean and met our needs. We loved being close to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. We were disappointed to find that the pool was closed. I’m guessing due to hurricane Sally. Also the parking and beach access area flooded after some heavy rain which required wading through standing water to get to your car or the beach for a couple of days. They began working on these problems while we were there and Vacasa offered an amenities refund to us. Overall the condo and our stay was enjoyable.
