Plus, you and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center when you book this family-friendly condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo and location was nice . We were very disappointed that the outdoor pool and hot tub was closed for construction and we were not notified until our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view of the beach off the balcony. Overall the condo was good. Had to email management when we got there, master bedroom fan was broken, wicker chair outside broken, outlet didn’t work outside. Finally after 2x of emailing they responded said they would get someone out there, never did. It wasn’t a game changer on the stay but they need to be more attentive to their renters. Also bring a sharp knife if you plan on cooking.

Clean for the most part. Bathrooms were kind of rusty old but I'm sure that is from all the salt water. We had a party of 6 and fit comfortably with the younger boys on the sofa bed.

Room was very clean, comfy, and I felt safe. I LOVE the view. There was an event we didn’t know about this weekend, and we got to watch free fireworks from our balcony. My only real complaint is that there are no bathroom facilities around the pool or hot tub. You have to go back to your room. That’s inconvenient. Staff was nice.

Fantastic View!

The condo was very clean upon our arrival and had just about everything we needed for our short stay. The view was spectacular from our balcony - it was a great spot to drink our morning coffee or a frosty beverage in the evening. We could see our kids on the beach from our balcony (they are older teens). It was nice being able to go straight from the beach to our room in the matter of minutes. When we decided to hit the shops & eat a meal out, all we had to do was take a little walk down the street. This is a wonderful place to stay in Gulf Shores!

Quick Birthday Trip

The location of the place and accessibility to the beach is superb. We have 3 small children and the walk to the beach is a breeze. The place is nice and fairly clean, however the area rug in the living room is dirty, or probably has reached to the point that it needs to be replaced. The couch, recliner and throws needs to have a deep cleaning, because it has a certain moldy smell. The bed is very comfortable. The bed and bathroom set-up is great. My only suggestion is to provide bathroom mat to prevent the bathroom floor to be slippery. And also some small piece of cloth to clean the table and the counters. The paper towel provided is not enough to clean spillage. And I don’t want to waste it for such. Also, there’s no cutting board in the kitchen. Overall, it was such a nice, fun trip. We will be back for sure!

Nice place, could use updating

Pros: kitchen had everything you’d need, washer and dryer, beautiful view, walkable, and great amenities on property. Cons: air didn’t work (Vacasa came out within hours to fix), carpet was very dirty, bathrooms didn’t have mats or hand towels (Vacasa brought those out), outdated furniture, and pilled sheets (felt like flannel) and that’s not ideal after a day at the beach.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful girls trip. Crystal Shores West 607 was a wonderful place for our get together. Well appointed, spacious, and clean. We especially enjoyed the large balconey. Would definitely stay there again.

NOT clean or sanitary

The condo itself IS nice and IS in a great location. HOWEVER, I should’ve listened to other reviewers who made mention of carpets and curtains. Curtains in master bedroom are MOLDY. Carpets are atrocious. Master bathroom had dark hair on both the toilet seat AND sink upon walking in. (I’m a natural strawberry blonde, so…) Use the off season to get it together and it could be a great place to stay again.

Very comfy beds

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was very lovely. The beds are very comfortable. The dishwasher works good and Had plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Everything was as described in the emails. The codes worked when they were supposed too. Also, when we arrived there was a little Thanksgiving happy on the counter, and I just wanted to say thank you. They gave us cookie dough and a turkey cookie cutter. They also go the extra mile by providing dove body soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was a great stay and my family had a wonderful time.

Great ocean front location

The location is perfect but the condo needs a complete upgrade. All the furniture needs replaced or a deep deep deep cleaning as well as the carpet.

I’d steer clear of this one

One elevator as one was down for service. According to the regulars the project was overdue once that elevator was fixed then they are taking down the other for service. We waited ~15 minutes at times. Carpets were dirty and stained, curtains had dirt and mold on bottom, sliding door was worn out making the door hard to open, no blankets, towels and washcloths were like sandpaper, there was only one dish towel, walls were very dirty, the entry door had paint peeling, the room smelled like mildew. Overall great unit.

Liked the unit overall. Two minor things, we brought K-cups for the Keurig; but it didn't work, no biggie, just went out and got regular coffee and used the regular coffee maker and the carpet could use cleaning. Biggest problem with the place itself was the elevators. One was down for maintenance the whole week and the other broke down occasionally as well, forcing us to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs (including the 3 of the parking garage) with beach gear and a 3 year old, not fun ;-).

Nice condo

The condo was exactly as advertised! Amazing view, clean, comfortable and secure. The security staff were very friendly and even retrieved and returned a bag my daughter had left on the beach!

Summer vacation

Beach was great the whole week. Nice and easy to get too and from. The only problem we had was the first day we were there one elevator was not working and trying to get to the room to unload all the stuff took forever.
