Located on the Marina du Marin, this spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room was equipped to new at the end of 2024. Many activities are within walking distance. Very central and with a private parking space, you will be a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in the south and a large number of hiking trails. The apartment is composed of a large living room of 33m2 with a well-equipped functional kitchen, a dining area, a living room with sofa, armchairs and smart TV. This room opens onto a terrace with a sea view that allows you to enjoy the sunsets over the bay of Marin.

The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and each have a fitted storage space. The new bedding is of high quality, the room on the Marina side has a Queen size bed, the other is modular (Queen size bed or 2 single beds, to be specified before your arrival). An extra bed is possible in the living room (sofa bed).

Bedrooms, living room and terrace are equipped with fans for more comfort.

The bathroom redone in 2024 is equipped with a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate.

Baby equipment can be provided (travel cot, booster module/high chair).

You have a private parking space in the residence and will find facilities to park a 2nd vehicle in front of the residence. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in front of the entrance of the building but please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, so unfortunately we are not able to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
