Kings Grant townhomes are located bayfront on the bayside of Coastal Highway between South Bethany and Fenwick Island. Enjoy the views from the decks and capture the sunsets in this picturesque natural setting. Access to the ocean is just across the highway or enjoy the bayside pool. No pets please. Exterior on buildings recently renovated.
This Bayfront townhouse offers great views! Level one has an entrance foyer, den, powder room and laundry closet, kitchen, dining, living area with screened porch and deck. Level two has a Bayfront primary bedroom with a deck, primary bathroom with double vanity. Another bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. Level three has a loft style bedroom and bathroom.
OVERSIZED VEHICLES PROHIBTED. WALKWAYS TO BEACH LOCATED BETWEEN UNITS # 8-9 AND #22-23. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ONLY ON PROPERTY ON PREMISES. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED BUT DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. POOL CLOSES MID-LATE SEPTEMBER.
