Casa Afortunados is a private 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront home. The home boasts large open terrace with infinity pool, jacuzzi and palapa. Stunning ocean views and well-appointed interior make this home a trully unique getaway. The upper level master bedroom opens up to a spacious terrace with the seating area and fire pit - perfect spot to meet the gorgeous Baja sunsets. The private beach access will open its doors to the pristine stretch of sand running for miles - perfect for long and lazy morning walks. CDC cleaning standards.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Guest bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 6 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES:

Access to a restaurant and bar at the beach club

1 mid-week cleaning is included during a 7-night stay.

A lovely beach home for a family

We stayed here as a family and really enjoyed the location and the home. The Beach Club was nice for meals and the pool setting was nice. We enjoyed the location of the house and the close proximity to San Jose and fun restaurants was convenient.

Could have died

Upon arriving at property we were met with rules and fines if we broke the rules. For example if we delete the Amazon password there would be an 500 fine. Are you listening and watching us. Here is the kicker. The door between the house and garage was locked. On Friday someone came and started the generator in the garage. They “forgot” to open the garage door. By 2:30 the house was filling with fumes and carbon monoxide. Fortunately, the cleaning lady left the door unlocked. We were able to open the garage door and air out the house. Thankful for her error. One of the bedrooms is near the garage. My daughter was in the room and was napping. Everyone was notified but to this date, I have not received any correspondence from the property manager or owner. I certainly am wondering what fine would be appropriate for them.

The community of El Encanto de la Laguna is a boutique, beachfront, quiet community in a secluded area for your perfect getaway, El Encanto de la Laguna is for those that really want to get away, relax, let their worries melt away with the beautiful scenery and simply enjoy.

The transportation options to get to El Encanto are renting a car, taxi or private transportation. We help our guests with the different options available and getting the best prices.

If you plan to visit town frequently, renting a car is highly recomended, as is cheaper than taxis and private transportation.

The friendly service team on site is there for you to discuss the many options available for adventure or relaxation in the area or arrange restaurant reservations, cleaning, car rentals, grocery shopping, personal chef, in home spa and much more.
