Welcome to the Petit Ours I residence.

Your apartment, located in La Foux d\'Allos with an area of 27 for 5 people, consists of:

- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 pers, 140x190) and television;

- Balcony with mountain view;

- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, raclette/fondue appliance, crockery and kitchen utensils);

- Bedroom 1: bunk beds (2x1 pers) 1 additional low bed;

- A bathroom with shower;

- The accommodation has board games and a ski locker;

- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;

- Public outdoor parking and unguaranteed space.

The Petit Ours I residence is ideally located:

- 200 meters from the ski slopes;

- 40 meters from equipment rentals;

- 40 meters from small shops;

- 50 meters from the free shuttle bus stop.

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- End-of-stay cleaning: €70

- Bed linen pack: €16 / bed

- Towel pack: €12 / person

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
