It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,800 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from 1 May to 30 September, non-contractual dates subject to weather conditions.
- A lovely 1,800 m² unfenced garden
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Baudinard-sur-Verdon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
