Parking immediately adjacent to the unit, huge grassy areas adjacent to property for walking pets. Steps to pool. 1.5 miles to beach, next door to Myrtlewood golf community/course. Minutes to Broadway at the Beach and all major shopping venues. Food Lion and 24 hour CVS 3 minutes away. All aspects of this community and apartment a cut above typical shopworn, cold, institutional vacation rentals. And new flooring in both bedrooms and paint

Great Condo!

Great location! Very clean, had everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet, close to beach and lots of places. We plan to come back and stay in October or November. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot!

Our stay was wonderful. It was conveniently located and close to everything! Mr. Bacii was wonderful in the whole process.

Pictures looked nice but we never saw the inside. We booked for five days over Thanksgiving holiday. Received info to access property the morning of our arrival and owner mentioned that there may be construction so we might have to park elsewhere. He failed to explain that elsewhere was more than two blocks from condo. My husband and I are both 77 years old and brought with us, food, coolers, clothes, dog and crate. We were not physically able to carry all our stuff this amount of distance. Immediately contacted owner and requested cancellation and refund. His response that was not received until the following day was read the cancellation clause. No refund. Thank goodness VRBO understood the situation and refunded our money. We were able to book an ocean front dog friendly hotel efficiency at the last minute. Did not think owner handled this professionally nor understood or cared about our situation.

This condo is the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. The location is great. We will be back next year.

Great location

It was very relaxing and quiet. Liked the fact we could have our dogs with us, also very easy to get shops and restaurants. We tried to add 4 more days but was rent already.

Host double booked property

Host has property listed on several platforms and double booked the property. We booked the property in April for a June rental. Arrive at property and noticed we did not receive check in info. Messaged and called host several times with no response. Contacted VRBO which they were able to reach the host after several attempts. Then he stated that someone was in the rental and they had booked before us on a different platform. We had to scramble to find another feasible rental that would accommodate our disabled daughter. Hence the reason why we choose rental properties over hotels. VRBO customer service was very helpful by issuing us an immediate refund and assisting with finding another rental. Be cautious about renting this property as the host will double book. I’m sure this has happened before.

Clean, nice kitchen, good location

We enjoyed a lot here. The property is located in very nice community. We have no problem for 3 days staying and we definitely will consider here again.
