It's a family home quiet in a dead end a few mins from the beach of Port Miquel. It's close to the center with its shops and restaurants. It's a 15-20 mn walk from the pier.
.It's is located on a 700m2 wooded plot with a south/west exposure
It's a modern house very well maintained

On the GROUND FLOOR:
large living room, dining room and american style kitchen( the kitchen is very well equipped) ;WC independent ; at the end of the living room a master bedroom with a large bed 160x200 + a shower room adjoining (Italian shower and sink)

UPSTAIRS:
2 large bedrooms -a bedroom with a large bed of 160x200 and a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 (we can separate it in 2 beds)
A bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Independent WC
A TV corner with sofa on the landing (available films, board games) some games for young children
We can provide a baby bed and a high chair

The house is equipped with a large fridge, a freezer, microwave oven, induction table, electric slicer, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer

You can have lunch on the terrace: chairs ,table parasol and plancha

We see the sea from the terrace
Internet connection( fiber)

IMPORTANT:
We do not charge for cleaning costs because the house must be left when you live as you found it when you arrive( cleaning done)

DEPOSITE:
We will ask before the delivery of the keys a check for €1000 in the event of damage.This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you within 8 days after your departure

ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED

The house is rented for a minimum of one week on the June dates and for 2 weeks on the July dates
Consequently, the linen will be provided to you graciously (sheets, bath towels, bath carpet, kitchen towels)
