Remodeled 2 bedroom ( 2nd bedroom is large loft) beautiful condo with 2 full bathrooms. We are in Kuilima Estates West, which is next to , but not a part of, the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort. We have 3 pools for your use. We also have tennis and pickleball courts, miles of walking paths, lush greenery, and are a very short walk to the beach. Designated parking at no extra fee, WIFI, SPLIT AC, and much more!

We had a great vacation at this property with a family of five. The townhome is close proximity to different beaches, shopping and everything we wanted to see. The property management is very attentive and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely visit them again.

Great location. the place would benefit by having more seating in the living room as well as lamps for reading. Note that the it does not have a dishwasher (the listing does not say it does ) but would be good to have one. It was a good stay largely because Turtle Bay is fantastic. Also the manager was very helpful/ communicative

Great spot. We had a fantastic time. Kitchen was well stocked, unit clean, beds comfortable. TVs would be nice in bedrooms and blankets provided for beds.

Spacious, clean, and perfectly located on the North Shore. This Turtle Bay rental was ideal for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The space was comfortable and well maintained, making it a great home base for our stay. We would happily return.

The condo was very nice and clean. Pool was amazing and right across the way. We stayed for five days- ran out of amenities that were suppose to be included. TV didn't work and there was only one small love seats in the living room- not enough seating for all the guests. There was no information about the area or a map of the resort.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I do wish you would have mentioned the TV-- it definitely works, I could have had someone come over to double check and show you how to do it. Same with amenities. The living room does not have a love seat, it is a couch. There are other stools and also the chairs on the lanai can be brought in for additional seating if needed. We are happy you found the condo clean and enjoyed the pool.

For anyone wanting be away from the hustle and bustle of “town,” this North Shore property is your ideal spot for peaceful, tranquil relaxation. The host is the most helpful & responsive VRBO host I’ve ever had. The place was very clean, very well-equipped and comfortable. Unlike hotels, you have free & close parking and a supply of beach amenities to use. A well-stocked, modern kitchen makes meals affordable. Thanks for the heart-felt aloha, Bitsy! We’ll be back.

Lovely property near wonderful activities and beaches. We lived exploring this whole area. Our daughter got married at pa pai loa beach and this condo was a .beautiful choice with great amenities ( everything we wanted at an amazing price.

Absolutely wonderful! Our daughter and grandson flew in from California and we all enjoyed our stay there. So glad that there was great eating places right outside our door. Bitsy, the manager, was just great.
