Sedona Skies is situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood and is close to so many attractions. It is convenient to three grocery stores, many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping

The single-level home was recently remodeled to feature new flooring and furnishings throughout. You will find 1,623 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests

Entering the home through the front door, you will step into the main living space, with the living room, kitchen and dining area

Living Room: Features modern furnishings including a contemporary sectional, Smart TV with cable and an open, airy ambiance brought by the vaulted ceilings. The wood stove is not operational

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, along with new counters and cabinetry

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and is surrounded by windows to bring in the natural light

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, the en suite bathroom has two vanities, a water closet and a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed, 50” Smart TV, and access to a shared full bathroom

Very nice, newer looking or updated house. Very very quiet and comfortable. Beds were to our liking. Fenced yard for family Yorkie, which was good as we saw a javelina and a buck in the open space between properties. Would definitely book again if we had enough to fill the house / bedrooms. We do want to visit Sedona area again.

We really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The parking pass was great, because we did a lot of hiking and the books about the local trails were very helpful. Also loved soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. Will definitely stay here our next time in Sedona

Great location

The home was in a great little location close to everything all out hiking trails and restaurants the beds were very comfortable and every amenity that you need we really enjoyed our stay and we would hope to come back.

The back deck. Was perfect.The hot tub head rests fell off (3), the 1st time we got in. We left them on the tablenon the deck to allow owners to fix.The kitchen should have been supplied with cooking oil or non stick spray, and there should have been some kind of non stick spray for the grill. People traveling cannot bring such items and we preferred cooking and eating at the house.

Great stay!

10/10…..wouldn’t change a thing. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, cozy back porch….overall great weekend getaway. When we get back to Sedona, we will definitely stay here!

Absolutely perfect!!

Everything about this property was perfect. Extremely clean, beds and linens were so comfy, spacious home, beautiful and quiet neighborhood and the location was the best!! Management was prompt in answering any questions and the home has very helpful notes and booklets available! We will visit this property again!

It was a little threatening

The emails befor were a about 100 fees. Check in to early 100 an hour, out to late 100 an hour. If the dog, I already paid 200 extra for, leaves fur 100. Wear shoes in house 100. It seemed 100 fees were unavoidable. I must say they did not slap a fee on us but we were uncomfortable the whole time

Great location, lovely house!

Hi! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others!What we loved: (1) Location was perfect - close to shops and restaurants, but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of red rocks. (2) The house was spacious and well laid out - exactly what we needed. (3) The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge has filtered water so we didn’t need to buy bottled water for our stay. (4) The hot tub was awesome.What needs improvement: (1) One of the queen beds had an unstable base causing the mattress to sink. (2) The master bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and didn’t really work- felt like a sauna after one shower. (3) The “operational instructions” in the house binder could include more/better info about how to remove the hot tub cover easily and use of the washer/dryer.

Perfect Weekend Getaway in a Comfortable and Convenient Location

We had a lovely stay, the location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful retreat. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished with all-new furniture, making it feel fresh and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights during our weekend away. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. Plus, the check-in process was super easy, which made everything stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay!

Great stay

Spacious, clean. Great location, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Located very close to restaurants, grocery stores, playgrounds and hiking locations. Well equipped kitchen. The back patio and hot tub was a great place to relax.

Perfect for our getaway

Property is as listed. Beds & pillows are very comfortable, we all slept well after days of hiking. The backyard hot tub was also great. Had a slight issue with the heater, as it snowed while we were there, but the mgmt company was very responsive and quick to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice neighborhood and clean house

The house is spacious and has all of the amenities you need. It's a great location to grocery store and hiking areas. The spa was fantastic in the evening after a long day of hiking.

Very nice property in a central location. Interior was immaculate and exterior has nice landscaping. Hot tub, grill, and fire pit all worked well and were enjoyed.

Bathroom issue

The place was nice but the master bath toilet did not work as the chain in the tank disintegrated so all night our first night we needed to take the lid off the tank. Called next day and they said they would send someone. We went in a Jeep tour early and no call so I called after and they said someone was in the way and I told them they could just go in as we are not there. The guy called when he arrived and he asked for permission too. We got back and on the first flush it broke. The chain was looped with non rusted chain but not tight enough so the guy cane back and tightened it. I say all this because although they were responsive they offered nothing for our inconvenience but they had no problem charging 100 for a 10:45am check out which was inconvenient for them as they wanted us out by 10.
