This modern, completely remodeled 2-bedroom house is perfect for your extended Denver stay. Featuring an amazing gourmet kitchen stuffed full of high-end amenities, you'll surely feel right at home.

The main bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. The 2nd room has twin bunk beds, perfect for those traveling with children.

With a parking space in back, you'll never have to worry about finding a parking spot on Denver's crowded streets.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense***

Nice Comfortable Home, Good Neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for several months while a family member recovered from a medical procedure. We found the house comfortable and it met all the needs we had. It is close to a grocery store and our medical facility was only a few blocks away. The car port is a little tight to get into but it was nice knowing there was an off street parking spot just for us.

Met our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was ideal for a family member recovering from a medical procedure. We rented the property for almost 4 months. It was comfortable. The amenities met our needs. It was close to the hospital and we were comfortable in the neighborhood. The management took care of needs that came up. Could have been cleaner when we arrived, but it was not filthy or unsanitary. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.
