This apartment is located just 7 min (650m) on foot from the Line 4 metro station "Lucie Aubrac," which can take you to Notre-Dame de Paris in 20 minutes. It consists of four newly renovated rooms and includes:

? THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS: equipped with sheets, duvets, and duvet covers for a peaceful night’s sleep, one of which has a balcony.
? A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM WITH A LOGGIA: featuring an Android smart TV and Netflix for your entertainment.
? A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN: including a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, an induction cooktop, an Espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and hand gel, to meet all your culinary needs.
?TWO COMPLETE AND MODERN BATHROOMS: each with a toilet, shower, and sink. Additionally, there is a hairdryer, a washer-dryer, a dryer, laundry detergent, as well as shower gel, shampoo, hand gel, and bath towels (Since March 1, 2025, a second water heater has been installed, ensuring the PROPER FUNCTIONING OF BOTH SHOWERS for multiple people).
? A FREE AND SECURE PARKING SPACE: not suitable for vehicles over 5 meters.

This apartment was very clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were effortless. The owner was very attentive and kept in contact with us. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Sweet Bagneux Home was a wonderful place to stay. The location was wonderful. Shops and restaurants close by. Caroline was always quick to respond to my questions. Great place for the cost, cleanliness and convenience

Property was as described and perfect for our needs (6 people: 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 teenagers) . Easy access onto the Metro and a good selection of grocery stores nearby (Lidl and Aldi two stops from Bagneux on Metro line 4). Only a short walk on level and pedestrian friendly roads to get to the apartment. Caroline had very detailed information before we checked in as well as a hardcopy in the apartment to view. Caroline was also very responsive during our stay. When we go back to Paris we'll be sure to see if this is available again.

This apartment was a great base for us to access the EXPO centre and the centre of Paris. The directions and information shared by the owner were the best I've ever seen and greatly appreciated. We were a group of 4 friends who found there was plenty of space and really liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend as great value for money.

Found the property easily with a great video to show how to access the property, although key access made it a bit like mission impossible Great secure parking. 10 minutes to Metro line 4 which takes 20 minutes into centre of Paris. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment and the 2 showers was great to have as there was 6 of us.Bakery and supermarket close by. Nice quiet area. Totally recommend to anyone

Nathalie war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht in der Kommunikation. Jedoch lässt die Realität der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ansich entspricht nicht den Bildern. Überall hängen Hinweis- und Verbotsschilder. Durch die Bäder gehen die offenen heisse Rohre des Durchlauferhitzers, die Toilette ist nur mit Kreppband fixiert und überall liegen Insektendosen zur Bekämpfung. Bei einigen Steckdosen fehlen die Abdeckungen, sodass diese nur provisorisch mit Tesa überklebt sind, sehr ungeeignet mit Kindern. Die beiden Doppelbetten sind nur 140 x 200 groß, sodass 4 Erwachsene sehr wenig Platz haben. Das Doppelstockbett war für 2 Kinder hingegen vollkommen ok. Es existiert ein Dezibel-Messgerät, mit Alarm sobald mehr als 80 db erreicht sind. Zudem gibt es eine Kamera an der Wohnungstür im Hausflur, die alle Bewegungen aufzeichnet. Beides wurde bei bzw. vor Buchung nicht angegeben.Zudem schließt die Wohnungstür nicht, sodass man immerhin innen abschliessen muss.Die Reinigung fand nur oberflächlich statt. Es wurden diverse Essenreste im Wohnbereich gefunden. Es ist 24h sehr laut, da direkt angrenzend das Tor für den Privatparkplatz der Hochhäuser ist, welches ständig geöffnet und geschlossen wird.Die Nähe zur Metro-Station war super, in 8 min. ist man dort und auf dem Weg gibt es noch einige Supermärkte.

Wir haben unseren Städtetrip sehr genossen. Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung mit zwei Bädern. Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, bezogene Betten und Handtücher sprechen für einen sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. In der Umgebung fanden sich Bäcker und Geschäfte. Mit der Metro war Paris sehr gut erreichbar.

Appartement is gelegen buiten het centrum van Parijs maar wel vlakbij een metrostation. In de buurt is alles aanwezig. Bakker en supermarkt op wandelafstand.Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen in Parijs. Caroline voorziet alle basis (shampoo, douchegel, haardroger,..) maar er is ook extra voorzien. Er waren koffiekapsules, water, extra WC papier,.. Heel fijn.Bovendien verloopt het contact met Caroline heel vlot en correct. Duidelijke info werd gegeven. De info-video die we voor vertrek kregen was top!!

A seulement 30mn en métro du centre de Paris avec parking

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.Une seule critique : mériterait une meilleure isolation phonique.Mise à part ça, très bon emplacement en dehors de Paris et à seulement 8mn à pied du métro Bagneux de la ligne 4. Bel appartement très propre et bien équipé.Le plus : une place de parking privative très appréciable
