Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 m² duplex flat with Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is available to rent in Lamballe-Armor. It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room - fitted kitchen
- One bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2, single beds)
- A bathroom
- A separate WC
Please note: Le Portuais is part of a complex of several buildings known as Le Manoir de la Ville Méen. There are therefore six lodgings on the same property that can be rented individually or as a group: Jospinet, La Perrière, Le Lourtuais, La Chapelle and l'Etochet.
It is also possible to rent the reception room from the owners, but it can only be rented with a minimum of 5 units.
Outside :
- Private terrace and lawn. Courtyard and large shared lawn
The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park shared by all tenants (15 vehicles).
