This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 15 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls (bunk beds) & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, 1 full & 1 queen in the 4th bedroom and 2 twins (trundle bed) in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a roomy porch off the front & back. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. The living room as well as all bedrooms have a TV. The room w/the twin trundle does not have cable but there is a DVD player.

The extensive master suite offers a private balcony and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms (one on each level) have a standard tub/shower combo. The 1/2 bath is in the ground floor storage room, and is conveniently located near the pool so you don't have to go in the house dripping wet. Other features include free W-Fi, parking for 6 vehicles, and washer & dryer.

The over sized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool with built in sitting pool (jets, waterfall & heater are disabled, this is no longer a hot tub and only meant to be used as a relaxing sitting pool), private above ground hot tub, fire pit, 90" projector screen (must bring your own portable projector), ping pong table, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, table and plenty of seating around the pool. For your convenience, there is also a storage room full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool floats and yard games such as cornhole.
