Great experience. Few of the things that this hotel offers that we loved - no parking fees, complimentary breakfast and late checkout 12:00 pm, that on top that it was just a 12 min drive from Universal EPIC was a huge convenience. Will surely stay here in future.

Pool was private and nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the only issue we had with our shower was fixed by maintenance right away. Would stay here again!

This was a very cost effective stay. The room was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and stores. The host arranged an early check in that was very much appreciated.

This was a great place to stay! Free shuttles to all Universal parks, although you could walk the mile to CityWalk in about 25 minutes (and we did it several times as the shuttle only runs 4 times each way). Great breakfast, helpful front desk, free parking and bag storage if you arrive prior to checkin. The rooms are fine: nothing fancy but absolutely nothing lacking. Several restaurants are just across the parking lot. Highly recommend!
Along the walk to CityWalk, which includes a very nice elevated walkway over Kirkland Road.

Check in was a little difficult, the up front staff were absolutely lovely but when it comes to third party check ins, these things can be rather annoying. The room was okay. the light outside the bathroom in front of the mirror didnt work, neither did the fridge.. while one bed was okay, my friend showed me in themorning there were specs of something and stains on the sheets. A little concerning. The a.c was great, hotel breakfast is as good as it gets, bathroom wwas great including the showerhead and towels. overall average stay. the coverphoto also does not match the hotel property, so be aware of that.
