Pool was private and nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the only issue we had with our shower was fixed by maintenance right away. Would stay here again!

The staff and hotel was excellent. Very clean location. Breakfast was included. The staff met all requests promptly and free shuttle to and from universal studios was a lifesaver

This is a hotel- Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Pictures and communication were very deceiving. Acted as if everything was handled by another company but it was actually just the hotel. Not sure how a hotel got put in VRBO.

Great experience!

The staff were polite & pleasant, complimentary breakfast was very good each morning & our room was restocked & cleaned everyday we got back! Perfect location especially if you’re going to the universal parks! We had a great stay.

Definitely recommend

I stayed two nights, and had a great experience. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast service was ideal for the stay. I definitely recommend staying at location, which was in great proximity to theme parks and restaurants.

Overall great place. Would have been better if there was a microwave in the rooms instead of having to come to the lobby. The pool could have used some attention it had leaves and bugs in it. The room and hotel was pretty clean, the main issue I noticed was the bathroom, bottom of the toilet, behind the toilet were dirty and there was hair in the shower. Most people probably wouldn’t notice it but owning a cleaning business makes me more aware of certain things. Close to everything, great location…. Think there’s a night club near by so the loud music kept my little one up longer .
