We enjoyed our stay at this private residence inside Percy Quinn State Park. It's conveniently located a short walk away from the lake and our host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely tranquil area with state park amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property managers was extremely courteous and responded quickly to questions we had. The check in process was easy. The home was clean. The location was beautiful and close in to the city of McComb. We look forward to staying there again when we are back in town.

Loved having our pets with us

Property was clean, and comfortable. Beautiful Lake was in walking distance. Very peaceful and quiet. And it was especially nice to have our 80lb GSD and 16yo 3-legged cat with us.

Our new favorite getaway!

We traveled with two families. Lifelong best friends with our families. We loved the outside space and proximity to the lake. Owner was wonderful! Kind and accommodating. And the check in/out was the easiest ever. Will definitely return!

Beautiful outside environment

Loved the location inside of the state park. Host is located next door and very sweet. We enjoyed grandkids hunting eggs out in the yard. There’s a lake not far it’s walking distance and the pier to fish off is nice. Definitely will be back to kayak next time.

Great place and great host!

Had 3 employees stay for 10 days while working on a construction project. They loved the space & location. The host proactively reached out to me to make preparations as a hurricane was approaching. I really appreciated all the communication and support from her. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back.

Super comfy and cozy!

We will be staying here from now on when we come to Percy Quinn. This condo is so comfy and cozy and much better than the PQ cabins. The condo was clean and tidy. She even let us check in early bc we had some errands to run before our little vacation could start. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was so sweet. We will 100% book here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Quiet and comfortable. Overall our stay was very good. A few notes for improvement The downstairs was very clean. The upstairs bedrooms and hallway had not been vacuumed. The bathroom rug was very worn. The white towels were stained. Wish there had been hand soap in the downstairs bathroom.

Good Getaway

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The property was connected to Percy Quinn. We enjoyed the fire pit, the little spring, bike riding, and the park. There were kitchen items but we brought bigger pans based on someone else’s review and we’re so glad we did. Charcoal BBQ pit is smaller We made use of the laundry, sofa bed (needed a topper), and the fold out cot cushions. There were badminton items and a ball the kids enjoyed playing with.

Our stay wasn't bad. Finding the place was sort of a challenge for us as we weren't given the name of the residence. The condo flooring probably could use some attention, sagging in some spots. The bath towels need updating they were a bit worn out. The back door needed to be cleaned, spider webs. There was a dead roach by the fireplace, at least it was dead lol. A keurig would have been nice but there was coffee only decaf only though so no coffee for me. Not trying to be harsh or very critical just my observations. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property.

the property was very nice and convenient for state park activities. owner was great and accomodating. the kitchen needs large pots/bowls/bakeware/measuring cups bc it sleeps many and most people are cooking/camping. owner is continually updating and supplying what guests are needing. very nice.had great time with family.
