- The 80 m² living room features a bar and fireplace, perfect for relaxing in style, as well as a television and sofas.

- A modern bathroom with both shower and bath.

First floor:

The house is ideally located in Puyméras, in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The nearest shops are in Vaison-la-Romaine, where you will find five supermarkets (Intermarché, Super U, Lidl, Aldi, Casino), and in Mirabel aux Baronnies (Coccimarket).

Activities :
- Just 5 minutes from the house, you'll find Vaison-la-Romaine, famous for its Roman excavations.
- Just 20 minutes away, the foot of Mont Ventoux awaits you for unforgettable bike rides or hikes.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can use the private car park, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles of all types outside, as well as a shelter that can accommodate 2 additional vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The nearest train station is in Orange, 25 minutes away by car, and Avignon, 45 minutes away. Avignon TGV station is 50 minutes away.
- Avignon airport is 1 hour away, Marseille Marignane airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen is provided. Towels are available on request at an additional cost.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic). Internet access is available in the dining room.
- The fireplace is functional. Vine wood is available for the fireplace and barbecue.
- Pets are accepted for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
