A cosy enlarged fisherman house in Port Grimaud.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (up to 8 people)

A pretty fisherman house on 3 levels in a private area.
You can easily go into the center of Port Grimaud by walk or by boat since the house is next to the Coches d'Eau station.

This well-decorated house is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor, a large living-room, an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with a separate freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee-machine, toaster, kettle) and guest toilets.
- on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (180cm), 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shower-room with toilets.
- on the top floor, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160cm) -among which one with a balcony on the canal- and a shower-room with toilets.
A/C in the bedrooms on the canal side.
LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED

On the canal side, a wide terrace done as a living area and a dining area with a big table.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the view on the canal.
A 11m x 5m mooring in front of the terrace for a 10m long boat and a dinghy.

The house is less than 5-minute away by walk from the center of Port Grimaud 1 and its restaurants and shops.
The beach is 6-minute away by walk.
Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles. The Coched'eau station is next to the house.

Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
