Great stay!

This property provided us a great stay while in the Fayetteville area. It accommodated our 4 legged children as well. Owner was very responsive to questions we had but no issues during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the property was as shown in the pics!

It was updated and clean. The owner was very on top of everything if we needed him. We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable.

Not as great as portrayed

Not a very comfortable place at all. Sheets on the beds were NOT clean. The beds were NOT comfortable. No central air. The 'BBQ Grill' that's advertised was a cheap $30 charcoal Grill from Dollar General that wasn't clean. The fridge was filled with groceries. There was a roach in the main bedroom. Hairs were found in the sinks, the shower and on both beds. The house smelled like cigarettes, but the owner 'aired it out'after we complained about it. We will NOT be staying here again, nor would we suggest it to anyone else. This home was obviously being lived in and the owner rents it out on weekends to make easy money. VRBO should do better with checking the properties that they advertise. We only stayed because we were desperate and needed a place to sleep.

Need second home

Family moved to area need to find something to rent on a regular basis. When arriving the neighborhood wasn't what I was expecting but the next day neighbors introduced themselves and welcome me. On the inside the house is just like the pictures very nice. The kitchen is stocked and more then enough towels. Had 3 grandchildren stay with me and we all love the house.
