We stayed for a full month and everything was perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the host was great. All the amenities worked great. Enjoyed using the outdoor grill. Would definitely book again!

Truly a Hub

The property was great 5/5. I really enjoyed grilling for 90% of our stay. The only thing I will say is the hot tub is not an outdoor hot tub but a hot tub in the bathroom. Great property, great location, great price. My family enjoyed the home and my boys enjoyed playing Uno Flip and the piano! Will DEFINITELY stay here again when I come to Fayetteville!

I have stayed in VRBO properties for over 25 years. This one was the best I have ever stayed in when considering price and value for the dollar. It was better than advertised. The owners have done an excellent job making sure their guests are comfortable. We will stay here again when in Fayetteville.

Great property spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen with all the necessities and awesome coffee area. Nice outdoor fire ring and screened porch. Perfect location for our trips to Ft Bragg and local shopping and restaurants. Great neighborhood quiet and lovely homes. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with host.

Nice Location

Had a nice stay while visiting our son at Fort Liberty over the holidays. Great kitchen amenities allowed me to cook Christmas dinner with ease. Clean and as advertised. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice house but needs improvement in some areas

Overall the house and location was nice. However when we checked in- a smoke detector in the master bathroom locked closet was chirping. Because we arrived very late, I reached out to the host and there was no way it could be dealt with until the next morning. As we looked around the rest of the house we noticed a large pile of hair, toothbrush cover, and bobby pin all on the master bathroom floor. The mirror was dirty and the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed either. The linens seemed dirty as well and the fan above the master bed was so dirty there would be no way I would run that over someone as they slept. The next day the property managers assistant showed up to deal with the smoke detector and I told her about all of our concerns with the cleanliness of the house. We ended up leaving so they could clean the house and upon our return things were much better, so we decided for our very short trip to stay the rest of the time. Overall the house was nice and exactly what we wanted/needed for our first time in Fayetteville. However- there is definitely room for improvements for cleanliness and kitchen accessories etc. We were most surprised we never got a discount for the way the house looked the first night. Also after we sent the photos to the property manager, we never even got a response. We assumed he or the host would have reached out.

Absolute Treasure

What a beauty, spacious, extremely clean, comfortable with everything you may need. Plenty of everything, linen, games, and the coffee bar is beyond compare. Plus a beautiful white piano. we really enjoyed th property and didn't want to leave. (SMILE) An enclosed porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. I strongly recommend this property, you will be very pleased.

Perfect Home, Plenty of Space

The home is in a nice community. Master bedroom is spacious. The bed is perfect. The kitchen gas everything you would need. Complete with a coffee bar! Exactly as pictured! Byron, the property manager exceeded our expectations. The owners accomodations were on point. We experienced a death in our family and they graciously extended our stay.

Very nice home

We were in Fayetteville for my daughters wedding. There were 5 of us and all of us were very happy with our decision to try VRBO for the first time. This home was perfect, very nice and we loved the woods and peacefulness of the the property. It was clean and well stocked with every single thing you would ever need or had forgotten to pack. We highly recommend this home and the owners. Very good communication and hospitality.
